Meet Matt, the big cheese and proud owner of our electrifying enterprise. With two decades under his belt in the electrical industry, he's practically a lightning whisperer.

His journey began in the fiery depths of Oregon Steel Mills as a lowly plant apprentice, where he learned the ropes and dodged sparks like a pro.

But Matt didn't stop there; oh no, he powered through to become a Journeyman, mastering the art of circuitry like a true wizard. And if that wasn't enough, he even snagged himself an Electrical Engineering Degree from Portland State University. Talk about shocking achievements!

So, whether he's zapping through blueprints or cracking the whip on our team, Matt's the man with the plan here at Hage Electric. With him at the helm, we're wired for success like never before.

Enter Annette, our office guru extraordinaire, who graced the hallowed halls of Hage Electric back in 2011 as our Office Manager. Armed with her trusty accounting degree, a personality brighter than a string of fairy lights, and a work ethic that could make even the Energizer Bunny jealous, she quickly became the heart and soul of our operation.

But wait, there's more! In a plot twist that even M. Night Shyamalan couldn't dream up, Annette switched gears in the Fall of 2019 and ascended to the lofty heights of Business Manager. Now, she's not just crunching numbers; she's doing a tap dance on spreadsheets and conducting the symphony of our business operations.

With Annette steering the ship, we're navigating the choppy waters of finance and management with style and grace. She's the MVP of Hage Electric, the unsung hero behind the scenes, and the reason our ship hasn't sunk yet. Cheers to Annette, the queen of our quirky castle!

With over 20 years of electrical wizardry up his sleeve, including a stint as the captain of his own contracting ship, Bob's got more volts than a lightning storm.

But hold on to your hard hats, because Bob isn't just your average wire wrangler. Oh no, he's the maestro of estimation, the guru of scheduling, and the conductor of our journeyman orchestra. Need a project scoped out? Bob's got you covered. Trying to corral a rowdy bunch of journeyman electricians? Bob's your man, cracking the whip faster than you can say "power surge."

Prepare for Doug, the electrifying veteran who's seen more action than a squirrel in a power line! After an illustrious 8-year stint in the U.S. Army, Doug traded in his camo for coveralls and found himself at Oregon Steel Mills, where fate intervened and introduced him to our very own Matt.

But Doug wasn't content with just playing with steel; oh no, he had bigger gusts of wind in mind. So, he hopped on the renewable energy bandwagon and became a lead technician in the Wind Energy Industry, chasing turbines like a storm chaser on caffeine.

​

Now, armed with more years of managing employees and projects than he'd care to count, Doug's the maestro of our projects here at Hage Electric. He's the commander of currents, the conductor of cables, and the reason our projects run smoother than a well-oiled wind turbine.

And when it comes to organization, she's so detail-oriented she could find a needle in a haystack blindfolded.
